Reservations
Reservations are guaranteed with a 50 percent deposit by check or credit card. One night stays and multiple room reservations will be charged the full amount.  Checks must be received within one week of making your reservation.

VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted.

Discounts available for active duty military and returning guests.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
Reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to date of arrival are considered non-refundable deposits unless rebooked. There will be a $50 service charge on all cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable for holiday bookings.  Only rain checks are issued for multiple room cancellations.

Check In / Check Out
Check in is 3 PM until 5 PM. Special arrangements are required for late arrivals. No check ins after 10 PM please. Check out by 11 AM each morning.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only. We welcome children 12 years and older. Small dogs in crates are allowed in The Roanoke Room for an additional $25.
